A) I love Calvin and Hobbes
B) hahahhahaahahaa that describes me perfectly š
A) I do, too!
B) Hee hee! I know! So many of us with a similar *ahem* method. š
Thanks for reading and commenting! It’s always nice to see you here.
I applaud your trying to post daily. I’m not cut out for that. Though I do write about a post every day or two – it’s just that most aren’t for me.
I will not post every day forever. It is my goal until September 30th, though. I am trying to re-establish a habit of posting. If you could see how many drafts I have you would cry. Lots of things left unpublished. Some good. Some silly. Some barely there.
I was really quite railroaded by all the problems with my host.
You know how sometimes – like in Instagram – a topic is timely, but just for the moment? That happened a lot. So there the drafts sit. I am not sure what to do, but I am thinking I will try and use as many as possible.
I want to write about the blog woes, but I am not ready to name names and hate to be vague. Does that make sense?
Meanwhile, thank you for your support. It means a lot.
I will gladly accept Calvin and Hobbes as a post, at any time! Love the way Calvin thinks. My 13 y.o. has just discovered his dad’s old C & H books. It’s so much fun to listen to him howl with laughter.
Thank you! š
I love the way Calvin thinks, too. He is so familiar to me. š
I *love* the howling with laughter that goes along with C & H reading.
Last year, for Christmas, Thing 1 received the BIG heavy box set. It’s beautiful.
š C&H is content Happy Thursday
Calvin & Hobbes will always be a happy place to land. I love that Thing 1 loves C & H, too. It has helped us all at one time or another.
The man, Bill Patterson, is brilliant. The best, really.
A friend just shared a prompt as they open submissions for a paid blog. This comic strip describes me perfectly.
Well that was good timing! š
It describes me too. I have learned, somewhat, to control the panic, find the right level of distraction, and take the procrastination right to the edge without going over.
It works for me … when it works for me …. š
Otherwise, PANIC!
love this…. and yup!
I can pretty much always rely on Calvin & Hobbes to sum up daily life, I find.
š
Also, have you watched “Dear Mr. Watterson” yet? (Netflix, FYI)
Yep. This sums up the exact situation I put myself in a lot š
Calvin sure has a way with words, hasn’t he? š
At the very least, we are never alone. Thank goodness!
